Outdoor Walk & Talk Coaching – £79 per hour

Walking side by side in nature creates a relaxed and open atmosphere, making it easier to reflect, gain clarity, and develop new perspectives. Movement naturally stimulates thinking, reduces stress, and enhances creativity – making it a powerful setting for coaching.
During these sessions, I listen carefully to the language you use – not just what you say but how you say it. The words we choose often reveal deeper insights into our internal dialogue:
